There isn't any naked shorting or any shorting of any kind.

If there was any naked shorting - it would show up as Failures to Deliver and for NPHC there are Zero FTDs.

You have been talking about NPHC being shorted for years - oddly just like Deitsch in his excuse for being caught manipulating the price.

You don't seem to understand that no one would still have an open short position because in shorting the best you can do is when the price is $0.0001 - any short positions would be closed.

Shareholders should be concerned that Deitsch has stopped filing with the SEC - so it seems he knows his fate and has tapped out.

Deitsch is finished and he knows it - if not he would have filed the 10-K. But he didn't file a NT 10-K - a notification of late filing.

No one believes the nonsense about ole Shorty when the price is $0.0001.
