Not sure how that would work. If no short sales were allowed this stock would go illiquid pretty quickly.

I realize it sounds like a simple concept…but it’s anything but…

People don’t seem to understand exactly how this actually works…and the market maker exemption to Reg T.

A great majority of market makers executed short sales are done to manage risk and create liquidity.
