Almost 0% interest, no inflation, Covid lockdown kept people from spending, so they were flushed with cash.
Home sales were the fastest in history.

This is the history, besides TSNP was hyped on so many different things, worldwide payment platform, event ticket sales, international phones, and others that never materialized in any real way.

Doubt people are going to fall for the hype. Nothing happened when GVSI got current
