I have done work for the federal government and I can assure you the government especially the military branch of government will make sure that Kim performs. And if it involves their experts and techies contributing to the process and some of their labs forget getting steam rolled... they have MI Abrams tanks that will roll over you. You make their deadlines unless they make a change or see benefits to extend the timeline. If there is potential which they feel there is by the sound of the RFI, they will push Kim out of the way and take over if it becomes necessary. You can bank on it!
