Why anyone buys this scam is beyond me. They've announced dilution in the buildings, they guaranteed an RS, the management controls the vote through preferred shares conversion, and folks still think this has a chance to get over a dollar. Management has diluted billions of shares, and it'll take a 1000:1 RS to make this worth a gamble for a new generation of baggies after the RS. You can be certain they'll continue to dilute post RS. It'll be back down at these levels again in no time.
