Until there is recourse for running a pump n dump scam like this it will continue. Everyday they sell way more in dumb money shares that any promised products. 4 months ago they were working hard to file next few weeks. There are no actual filings documenting any changes because there is no true requirement to do so. Ol Billy did it for years and probably still is.
