I disagree with you.

For the company like Axxa, who has millions of dollars in assets and profits after profit each quarter, it would be unwise to stay in pink sheet. To uplift, Axxa needs audit. I recommend Axxa to seek uplisting asap, otherwise, like most of the other pink sheet companies, it will get labels of P&D. We can see PPS reflected of being in pink sheet right now. Currently at 0.0048, it should be easily 0.48 if not dollars, imho.

For your reference, I am a long time shareholder holding millions of shares from 2019.
