That spin off stock scares me.

I've been in stocks with a "Spin off" and it's usually a ploy to get people to buy shares before the payout date. The new stock is almost always useless, and thats if you can even trade it. I have 37 shares of a spin off from 2010. It's still not tradable and has zero value.

I do not trust this company anymore. But, at least they admitted to the bad recent history.

maybe there is a miniscule bit of hope. I guess we shall see
