uk blocks msft activision acquisition. whew. now ai is going to be the big dog. activision will be looking at ways to use ai in their gaming dev ops.......like including everyday life. but this frees up 70 billion dollars to buy other stuff like in the ai realm, already invested in openai, so...hmm...some vcsy and 8? interesting google has a 70 billion dollar stock buyback. did they lose the coin flips? they also have brain and deep mind , but will need to spend to keep the peeps. stock options more valuable with the stock buyback?

now activision has to fix their own house? they may have done so pre merger house cleaning and can start with the ip they would have gained from msft ? perhaps, msft invests money in them, gets board seats, and injects new ip which activision will have to pay for.........like msft license for 744 doesn't/won't extend to them. they'd have to pay, just like all the others? that'd be nice.
