This is huge! I haven't seen anyone mention in any posts thus far why an airline would reverse-merge with a company such as MONI who has established proprietary Crypto products, BitGift now integrated with MoonPay. What does one thing have to do with the other? Why do we care about BitGift and MoonPay now if an Airline is taking over? Why did the Airline choose MONI to reverse merge with? IMHO it's because the Airline will inherit an instant Crypto platform in which to provide passengers with crypto rewards, incentives and a crypto-based frequent flier program. They get this on day one!
