Equals lack of confidence! The in and outs are quick flippers. The longs are either hoping someday this will make it to big boards and are willing to wait. Although some are getting tired. Others are bag holders who have pretty much written this off and along for the ride to see if it is worth it to reinvest. So for nothing says reinvesting. Price action gives signs of life until you dig into filings. Then it says, looks like the wait is going to be some time longer. Happy trading!
