Maybe because it's not obvious it is happening yet? Looks like January 16th was our only good day in a while, moving over the top Bollinger Band that day, followed by an .028 intraday high the next session, but a red candle session day as the rally lost steam, fizzled, and here we sit as low as a dog on a rug.
