Well yes, this all could have been wrapped up years ago by competent management. There was no need for the self inflicted wounds of "improving" polymer in 2021, requiring another two years of re-testing, and doing an indirect containment verification, rather than the obvious direct PET imaging for the 10 days or so Y90 migration is a concern. Here we are in 2nd quarter 2023 still waiting.
