Sent a note to Jamie Khurshid and Emil A on that disclosure item. I know a few others in Social Media have done also , perhaps many at this point, lets see them fix and get that Tier Level back up , then close on the Merger shortly from the info that was disclosed.

In turn the NUKK symbol has lost it's OTC Markets Tier rating and unfortunately shows SEC DELIQUENT as of a few days ago. See link

While there were filings done, they are not in the OTC Markets Format for filing , hence missing information or not correct in the filing. While the SEC Attorney listed for NUKK , I am sure has qualifications ( Fleming PLLC; http://www.flemingpllc.com/home.php) , in reality he does not represent any OTC Markets Symbols (of the over 12,000 symbols) and may not have the formats needed to meet their standards which is obvious due to the Reduction of Tier level and now SEC DELIQUENT Rating.

Currently NUKK can not be traded by larger brokers such as TD America , ETRADE and others , due to this SEC Deliquent Rating .
