I would look for someone knowledgeable in Crypto mining and knowledge of operating a PubCo.

And the last person I would want is Sharp. He has always been a serial scammer but he did know that CCTL had too much baggage to become involved. My guess is that he didn't think he could get a Form 10 approved.

Then Schaefer came back and appointed Pillsworth who has really screwed things up.
