Gems like this one are what has driven this stock into the ground. From 2/1/23 PR.

After beating our $90 million revenue forecast for 2022 and reaching profitability a full quarter ahead of expectations, I hope you can see that our $105 million 2023 revenue forecast is a base upon which we can build.

New IR team and possibly Ceo and this company could take off. Lies don't sit well. Call it a distortion of the truth. Fine. New investors would read that as a lie based on the K that came out.
