I know - how can you really trust these guys again - why would it have gone to expert in the first place if they were in a favorable position? I wonder if inflation on building supplies killed their ability to make any profit margin?

That said - I'm tempted to add too. It's down here now, it's gone to yield, the AS is still 3 billion and they are working to get current. Imagine what could happen if inflation cools?
