If the lawsuit continues for months and months AMC company will be starved/chocked for cash and will eventually file for chapter 11 BANKRUPTCY. Shorts win they keep all the money they got from you long APES tax free. AMC & APE shares go to zero.
NO voters you get to keep 100% of your shares with no RS. But what is 100% of $0 AMC stock value = $00000.
Congratulations all you NO voters (losers) you just wiped out your only chance to survive in this AMC investment.
If this is not dumb, I don't know what is.
IMHO the prime directive when investing in the AMC stock is keeping the company in a GREEN/PROFITABLE state. The stock price WILL ALWAYS GO UP IF THE PRIME DIRECTIVE STATE IS ACHIEVED.
I truly believe the lawsuit was instigated by the nefarious shorts hoping/wishing to drive AMC Co into bankruptcy. They have you APES to thank with all the letter writing efforts to Judge Zurn to stop the merger and RS.
