Maybe they should be earmarking those 30-45 million frns in the event they have to pay off the DOJ ????

IMHO what they need now is to facilitate drilling on the properties they currently have and not be squandering the money on some other undertaking !!!

Difficult to believe they had not written in firm time lines for Addax to begin drilling in the JDZ rather than allow things to be in a state of flux for so long !!
