Why would anyone want to convert to commons if they presently think Preferreds are more valuable?
If you have a 2023 BMW, do you want to trade it for a 2008 Ford Focus?



Why would you trade a 2023 BMW for a 1972 Ford Pinto? (you don't even have a Focus)

Because you're not.

You are trading your 2023 BMW for a 2026 Ferrari. The conversion only happens upon a release, when the NEW common shares are actually worth something.
