I guess I don't pay attention to the note holders other than the fact AXIM has long-term investors who believe in the company and continue to invest. This is why I changed my mind about MJNA ownership and involvement with AXIM.

Additionally the MJNA ownership allows AXIM insiders and management to control the company.

IF these new DED tests are actually marketable and IF eye doctors actually become repeat customers and IF Verséa Ophthalmics actually signs up at least 60 accounts and IF AXIM actually becomes cash-flow positive.

In other words
IF AXIM actually becomes a profitable company.
THEN AXIM insiders and management actually have enough control to negotiate in a buyout situation.

That is a lot of IFs and a lot of "actually"s.

I'm still buying at these levels when I have Dry powder.
