The almost daily increase in MMEX's OS isn't, or shouldn't be a surprise to anyone with more than two functioning neurons to rub together.

For the clueless, do some basic research: the terms 'death spiral financing,' 'toxic lending', and 'share selling scams' should be instructive in most search engines.

MMEX is a mediocre, but classic share-selling scam, underpinned by death-spiral financing. Mad Jacki-boi will continue 'minting' newly stinky, worthless shares, up to the AS. Then he'll jack up the AS, and repeat the cycle. Somewhere around the 30-billion - 40-billion OS count, he'll execute a reverse split, and start over - washing out all the existing 'investors' in the process.

This never-ending lather, rinse, repeat cycle continues unless, and until the regulators clobber this POS, or Mad Jacki-boi runs out of gullible suckers.
