Looks like they were cut from measured lines....

There's also a bit of a wrinkle in the middle of the swatch. How dare they submit them not ironed! Some people are upset and refuse to eat a sandwich unless the crust isn't trimmed off the sandwich. I am fairly sure the government is not of that persuasion. It's what is in between the bread that counts not the edges.. LOL
