Yes but we knew that is coming if you read the PR from back then on the merger agreement. I mean the merger stuff merging in here isn't for free, I tried to make that point several times in the last here if you remember but somehow peeps always thought the current O/S will stay the same, not sure how that should work with a reverse merger. The filing back then said the merger will cost 18 million bucks paid with shares of ARAT at .15, I still think the reason the stock went from 14 bucks down to 15 cents was to get the deal done with shares as low as possible for the incoming core guys. But the shares are restricted and the float is still crazy low so that's not a big problem for now.
