WRONG...

They will get delisted to the EXPERT Market or possibly the GRAYS, if the required Financials are not filed by May 22nd! Why, their last filing was on November 22nd, 2022 according to otcmarkets.com. THAT'S 180 DAYS!

Call and Email her if you like, she needs to understand her FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITY to her CO-OWNERS aka SHAREHOLDERS!
