No. The merger was with tmtg only, no other party. It's listed as such in all their 'filings'.
It's one of the reasons they're (d-w-a-cked) in trouble. Insider communications with the merger party. That's a no no.
Any options other than that is pure speculation.

And d-w-a-cked, tmtg and troofsoshallow are owned by the same cheeto mussolini.
