When poster referred to "garbage tickers" perhaps he was meaning those tickers that are in the trips and maybe the low dubs as well?

There are many OTC tickers at higher prices that have real products and revenues.

In fact, there are 435 Pink tickers that are priced from $.10 to $2.00 that likely have real products and revenues.

In contrast to the above tickers, there are 567 tickers that are priced from $.0001 to $.005 that might be called "garbage tickers".
