We also know they had numerous buyout offers in 2021. If I go less conservative. With the $75mil in play at the time of the offers 7.3x75mil is $2.38 a share.

It’s entirely possible this is a billion dollar company or soon to be. Especially with exponential growth and multiple acquisitions. We will know more about numbers in June. Maybe sooner but definitely June.
