Well fortunately I don't spend all day every day on here so I've never read the article you posted, nor care to sift through a heap of garbage. But what I will say, from experience, is that agarose beads are almost always used after many rounds of centrifuging. And also, it is very time consuming and costly. The idea that it is "much cheaper" is such a ridiculous claim.
