That argument would seem an unrealistic attempt to pigeon hole this little OTC R&D Company into a Full Blown Public Traded Major Index and Fund Traded type Public Company...

In Fact we don't believe that FRZT is as Public as Even the 25.9 million unrestricted Shares of Commons would appear.... We believe a set of Brokers may be accumulating for Insider Distribution.... There is some Evidence that may be the Case....
