Summary judgement has been extended to 5/22/23 for the plaintiffs in an attempt to come to a settlement. If not the new jury trial has been pushed to 8/14/23. If that turns out to be the case BYOC will need to raise capital just to pay its worthless division of Service 800. Still expect to see this trade .0001/0002 by the end of next week at a minimum. This could easily go no bid by May 22nd is no settlement is made by then.
