Mad Jacki-boi's last wash-out occurred with an AS around 37-billion shares, with an OS of about 32-billion.

On the current track, with an AS of about 10-billion shares, if Mad Jacki-boi follows his pattern, he'll boost the AS a couple more times, before the next RS.

There are dozens of complains about MMEX on file at SEC - unfortunately, the OTC is an open sewer, filled with thousands of garbage tickers like MMEX. The regulators can't keep up, even if they were motivated to do so. Even for obvious frauds like MMEX, the SEC would still have to prove intent in a criminal proceeding. Practiced liars like Mad Jacki-boi "believe" their own shite, using Blue Sky language and other semantic trickery to shield themselves, and their criminal cronies from prosecution.

What was the share structure?

It now stands at 601,394,799 outstanding which is not large by OTC standards. Obviously, if the share structure was depleted to 1 million shares then dilution is problematic, most likely criminal. Anyone have a chart of dilution/outstanding increases.
