AMRZF: Pursuant to an arrangement agreement dated December 19, 2022, between Arena Minerals Inc. ("Arena") and Lithium Americas Corp. ("LAC"), LAC acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares, of Arena for consideration of 0.0226 of a LAC common share and $0.0001 in cash for each Arena share held.
