The shorts will just wait it out and run the clock out on the AMC CO while it is being strangled to death with a lawsuit and it can not pay the Bill's. AMC Co only has enough money in the war chest to last to the end of this year. With high $5B interest they have to pay its going to burn them out of existence and so will all the APE shares.
