Makes sense, last late filing was back in 2021, supposedly Andrew was minutes late, at least how I remember it.

They we're immediately downgraded to expert because they are still in the probationary period from their last trip to the expert market when they didn't meet the deadline for sec 15c2-11. Im now hearing that Dean Wormer at the sec now has them on double secret probation for this and because they walked into an accounting office on April 7th to get their filings done by the 15th! Morons everywhere! Im trying to be patient..but these guys are trying it. They're sitting on gold and arguing who's gonna pay to dig it up
