On April 10 the transfer agent updated the share count on OTC markets with another 5M shares. Must be another note conversion like the one disclosed in the 10Q where we saw the increase of 24,207,486 shares on March 10, 2023. My guess is that they are doing it in increments to blunt the impact of the whopper that I predict before the market opens on Tuesday. I knew that Squirrel was mistaken when he said that the note conversion would not affect the OS because the company had shares in a slush fund. Treasury stock is not included in the OS. Never ever!
JH has been washing this bird off for the last 3 quarters and it keeps getting dirty all over again. I thought he was done before but I think its about over now.
