Thanks for providing a real time example of word twisting, by leaving out key words like "but that is an exception"

PCT's business model is service contracts. Therefore it's acceptable to say that PCT does not sell machines.

Making an exception to one's normal activity does not negate the normal statement. That's why it is called an exception.

There have been a few times where PCT has stated they sold a machine. When it occurred, they used the word sold/sells/sale. Otherwise, it's logical to expect all other placements follow their normal and clearly stated business model of service contracts.
