The only confusion I am seeing is manufactured/contrived with dishonest twisting of words and facts.

PCT does not sell machines, they lease them under service contracts. That is quite clear. They have occasionally sold machines but that is an exception, and they said it was a sale when it occurred. They are quite clear that their business model is machine leases. They state it clearly in their filings.

PCT Corp. deploys its on-site production equipment under service contracts, charging an installation and set-up fee followed by monthly contract fees (some pricing models may include, or may be based on, a price per gallon of product used), over a contract period of approximately 3 – 5 years. The equipment is deployed and maintained through PCT Corp.’s personnel at first, then through specially-trained distributors.
