Looks like dilution coming.

Levi probably going to do a share offering to pay down all debt. Clear his name and take this to Grey by end of year. These type of people and CEOs to the same trick over and over. He just turned the lights out to his investors over at HPMM. Dont believe . Check it out. From 20 cents to no BID with in a year !!!
