Why would the judge even considered that as a factor.
All the judge is doing is giving the parties a chance to settle to avoid the cost and time of a trial.

I doubt the SEC will settle for much less than they are asking for.

Some think the SEC has nothing, others think it's a slam dunk for the SEC.

We shall find out soon.

Buying quality stocks is the best get-rich-slow scheme. It’s not sexy as a get-rich-quick scheme,
but the probabilities of success are greater.
