Magoo has done it again. Once again that is nothing more than speculation plain and simple. You have no idea if they have ever spoken about anything at all.
There is no need to read between the line or go looking for a secret deal
All that speculation will not change anything. I prefer to simply read the court docs and monitors reports. They all state that there was only one transaction paid upfront. In that transaction LCYB purchased everything of value for $4.34 mil. All that was left was some us based office furniture and those worthless shares. No restructuring ever took place
