On September 27, 2022, the company entered in to a Subscription agreement where the company issued 625,000 shares of its common stock to an investor at $.04 per share. The agreement is valued at $25,000.
On January 19, 2023, the company entered in to a Subscription agreement where the company issued 1,250,000 shares of its common stock to an investor at $.04 per share or $50,000.
