It appears the only people trading this are insiders? According to OTC retail brokers aren't trading this and the way the stock fluctuates it might be beng manipulated? There are so many authorized shares out there they can dump to lower the price and then buy to push up again. It has been trading within range for months which seems a bit unusual? NO SANE PERSON SHOULD BE INVOLVED WITH THIS POS OF A COMPANY!
