US Q2 GDP annual growth revised to 0.2% from 0.7%
Washington, Aug. 29 (BridgeNews) - The U.S. economy's second-quarter
performance was even weaker than previously thought, as gross domestic product
managed a gain at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of just 0.2%, the Commerce
Department reported Wednesday. Expectations had been for GDP growth to be
revised to flat from the preliminary figure of 0.7%.
