"Why is there such a huge difference between the price of SLV
and the actual price of silver. Seems, they should be within a much
closer range."


The people selling silver aren't people's friend. I believe many items were bought much lower before this panic but when the panic started they jacked the prices up.

I think the dealers hurt the selling of silver and they aren't much better than the riggers in some ways.
