She flat out said so in the shareholder letter so if she is misleading investors she will be sued, lose her business and claim bankruptcy. My guess is this is what’s happening. Any hint of an acquisition and these cheap shares would have already been gobbled up. Makes no sense that the market cap is this low and no volume, although it also makes no sense that they can’t file on time either.
