Why FCCN is where it is.
1. One of the early investers sold 20 million shares from .06 down to .03. Fact
2. One of the early investors was on vacation when this happened. He came back saw .027 and freaked and sold 7 million shares down to .019- Fact
3. Other investors freaked sold during this time also. Fact
4. The stcok bottomed out and started to go back up to .026 - Fact
5. The same investor who sold 20 million shares sold 2.5 million shares on a low volume day sending it back down to .02. Fact
6. The 14a comes out and nothing happened. Why? Some Locusts were selling their shares to get in GLXI- fact
7. What has changed about FCCN - nothing
