This is not a tremendous amount of dilution doubling in 2 years when they have a ton to show for it. So many OTCs that dilute 99%, reverse split etc, diluting 50% slowly over 2 years is totally acceptable. The problem here is that OTC is not where money is flowing so all stocks on the OTC suffer.
