Just coming back to this. Remember when trades go below par it has everything to do with convertible debentures and when they are due. Institutional investors may receive discounts etc... too much info to post. But according to RNVA's 10 Q, their par value is .0001 BUT as CD's mature it may go at a discount hence .000001 or whatever but eventually those folks still will collect at a price of Par Value. That's why Institutions make loans they will always win in the end. So no games being played. It's all legal.GL
