Redo, OK all some good news, I know we're disappointed about missing the deadline, but we will not be going to the expert market anytime soon, so if you're worried about that, we have 180 days from the applicable end date of the reporting period (12/31/22), plus a 15 day grace period would be mid July 2023 to file the 10K. most likely it will be done much earlier, but this is more to ease your minds.

Being SEC reporting, and PQE eligible (Priority Quote Eligibility) gives us that much time. If you are SEC reporting and PQE No, like BOXS was, then you go from pink current directly to expert which would suck.
